Add a page or section break to the end of the first page.

Highlight the title, and click on the center text icon.

Hit enter. Then click on the left aligned icon.

The rest of the text will now left align.

Every paragraph in a Word document has its own positioning information, so this will do what you want:

    1. With the cursor, select all the paragraphs you want centered (or the entire first page).
    2. Right-click in the selection and select Paragraph.
    3. Set the Alignment list box to Centered.
    4. Click OK.

    Hope that helps.
