use a primer
try getting more sleep. I had the same problem and that works for me.
Circles might be caused from an iron deficiency/anemia, Easy fix: take multi ivitamin w/iron every day and make sure you are getting enough sleep and keep hydrated.
consume foods rich in iron (beef, shrimp, iron fortified cereals, etc) and also vitamin C rich foods help your body absorb iron so during same meal have an orange or glass of OJ.

amy, I use a 3 step approach; (water, sleep, eye cream)
first get your sleep, lack of it will give you eye puffiness, drink min. 3 glasses of water daily to keep skin hydrated. I use: Extreme Eye Rescue by Isabella Pelle. It’s made specifically for eye wrinkles, the dreaded dark circles, and eye puffiness. Apply/massage it around the eye area twice daily. Google Isabella Pelle. Hope this helps you as it did for me.

She had seen an answer I gave about how vigorous face massaging with natural unadulterated oils had permanently got rid of my acne and also removed my bags/circles. The massages greatly tighten skin under and around the eye area and the bags go away.
Use front of fingers held together and palms.(both hands at same time)
The most helpful ones are:
(1) Do long up and down sweeps close to nose from chin area up to near eyes.
(2) Do another up and back at an angle from chin point to cheek bone.
(3) Do fast up and down massage close to eye from cheek bones at an angle of 45 degrees (on your crows feet).

i read somewhere that a quick way to get rid of bags under your eyes is to brush on the white of an egg- it only lasts a fet hours but apparently it works
