You are in for a hard time, as the only way seems to be to access it from inside. you are going to have to dismantle it. if you look inside (have a good look) you may be able to get a small tube to it and use a can of compressed air, and gently blow the dust away, I think that it will be the safest way to do it.
the other option is to get it cleaned professionally, but thats going to cost.
