Is Relying on Your Intuitive Self a Legitimate Way to Make Decisions?

how to make
At one time or another, most of us have experienced a sudden insight, a strong gut-feeling about something that came out of nowhere, and have no rational basis. That’s your intuition speaking to you. Did you trust your intuition? Many people don’t. Most Western people are uncomfortable with the idea of intuition, especially if they’re scientifically or technically oriented in their views of life. But the fact that people don’t trust their intuition doesn’t mean that not trusting their intuition is the right thing. This begs the question, “Can I trust my intuition?”

In general, the answer is yes, you can trust your intuition. Throughout history, many of the most successful, most spiritual, most effective people have relied heavily on their intuitive side for big decisions. Even in the boardrooms of giant multi-national corporations, executive rely on their intuition as much or more than they do upon the data and reports their staff provides them.

Some people won’t trust their intuition because they don’t understand where it comes from. Some are convincedbelieve that intuition is nothing more than the results of their subconscious mind processing all the information available to them below the level of conscious awareness. Others know in their hearts that intuition is something that emanates from an unknown source of information that’s beyond our science and technology. Still others believe in their hearts that it is a spiritual force which originates with whatever power it is that guides the universe.

Fortunately, it doesn’t matter where you believe your intuition comes from. All that matters is whether or not you can rely on your intuition to help you. And when they consciously keep track of the messages they receive from their intuition, most people discover that most of the time, the answer their intuition gave them was the right one. Those kinds of results make intuition a potentially powerful force in your life. Now you need to develop that force to fully benefit from it.
