Silly lady. It depends on your experience. Go to mediabistro.com and check out how much people with similar experience and similar jobs make. It could seriously vary between minimum wage to $100 an hour.

Most freelance writing work is charged per word. The amount to charge per word depends on your experience, what you want to write, and a lot of other factors.
You should charge per word or per project. You can register at freelance websites like , , ,etc and start bidding for all writing projects posted there .
I’m a typist and I charge per wordage, but that seems to be unusual as all the typists and editors I know charge by hour.
