I’m having a halloween party soon, and I would like a really cute costume. This will be part of my motivation of losing weight. I think if i lost weight i’d be a better person, and more confident. Please tell me good ways to lose weight. Pretty fast too. Thanks.

    stop eating, and exercise every single day

    do sit ups every day (25x regular, 25x oblique on each side, 25x legs straight, 25x no arms).
    excercise at least 30 minutes a day and stay active- find a sport you like.
    eat fruit/veggies (5 servings a day), cut carbs and increase protein whenever you can, shut up with the soda and drink a ton of water. (for instance, you can have fast food, but instead of a burger, fries and a coke have a chicken sandwich, small fries and an unsweetened iced tea or a water.)

    im 12, i did this and ive lost 7 pounds (5, 6 inches?) in like a month :)

    im a 14yr old male,5’7 at 120lbs with abs,wanna how i did it?i have a fast metabolism,something you probably dont have but here are some tips,jog 40mins a day,5X a week,every week,diet but do not go anorexic,genetics play a big role in weight loss,im naturally thin

    Jog at least 4 times a week for about 30 minutes or so. Eat LOTS of green veggies. Kick junk food, fast food, and soda out of your diet. Drink lots of water and stay active.
