lol dont worry about lectures from me but only one pill is not soo bad.
but it depends on how if affected you.
if it put you back far and for a long time you may want to want to wait 3-4 days but if it was not too bad how about tommorrow?

Wow people are so helpful aren’t they? Anyways, you should wait at least a month, you have to give you serotonin time to build itself back up and it takes awhile, I have even had someone tell me longer than a month just make sure you take your vitamins with it, Vitamin C and E can help eliminate nerotoxcity, which is the brain damage that ecstasy causes if you doo it too much.

you should wait about a week because if you take X too offen it will lose its effect but if this is your first time you could prolly take one tomarrow and it would work
