It’s hard to comment without actually knowing the artwork you intend to write about, but you could talk about how lighting, colors, lines or details (or lack thereof) create an atmosphere which induces certain feelings. You could talk about how the artwork conveys the artist’s intent in the museum (or any other setting), how it was intended to be viewed, and how that influenced the style and materials used.
