One or more of your add-ons must be causing the issue if it works with them disabled. Try uninstalling them one by one until IE works again.

Internet Explorer *****. you should get Google Chrome. It’s alot faster and there are less pop-up ads. I used to use Explorer but heard about Chrome and switched.

Well, you should temporarily disable all ad-ons, once you can open internet explorer, delete the most recent add on you downloaded
tools=manage add-ons=enable or disable add-ons.
you MIGHT have a virus, run a scan, if no signs, mostly you don’t if it only works with ads disabled good, 9 out of 10 ads are money scams/viruses/cookie sharers…
