I am building a water rocket. How much water should i put in my rocket?

I am using a 16.9 FL OZ Sunkist bottle and I need to know how much water to put in the bottle for optimum performance. If you could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

    I think testing will be the only way to know for sure. it depends on how much air pressure you can put into the bottle before it bursts. you’ll need enough pressure to lift the weight of the water plus the bottle. too many variables to calculate, testing will be the only way to know.
