When she gets annoying, tell her. She’ll shut up for a bit hopefully. Works with one of my friends.

This perfectly normal. The best course of action is to not be around her. Get out of there! The advantages are two fold. (1) You wont be around to deal with the cr*p, and (2) Subconsciously you are programming her to think she feels better when you’re around. Get out a pen and calendar and start planning for this.
