    Have you tried downloading C Cleaner it does all in one go and has no conflicts with Norton

    The first answer is more or less right as if you really, want to manually delete tracking cookies you need to go into the Windows folder. Ccleaner can be downloaded free, from Make sure you download the latest version. You will also need to go to and download the free, home version as tracking cookies are regarded as spyware and Ccleaner is a clean up programme and not, an antispyware programme.
