How can i regulate my periods ?

Since august of last year, my periods have been getting even weirder, i started when i was 16 i am 18 now coming up 19 so they should have regulated now, but instead there getting worse.
How can i regulate them, shall i see a doctor and get checked up ??

    You can try and regulate them by taking a high dose of evening primrose oil or something like agnus castus pills. Otherwise yes, go to a doc and they can do blood tests for things like polycystic ovaries, thyroid problems etc, all of which cause irregular periods. They may put you on the pill to sort things out if nothing else is found to be wrong.

    Birth control def regulates it. makes it shorter too.

    You need to get on birth control. I know that’s what everyone seems to be doing nowadays, but it’s because it works on SO many different things. This will do the trick and you’ll be like WHY didn’t I go sooner??? lol…make an apt with an ob/gyn. good luck
