how should i cut my hair (pics included)?

well i dont want it a lot shorter an inch at the most cuz im trying to grow it out long but i want too get bangs but im not sure wut type!!! side bangs, full bangs or other type??? also how shuld i do my hair so itll look diff cuz my hair is always the same!!! but i dont want to straiten it cuz every1 luvs my curli hair and guys think i look weird!!! oh btw if i get bangs im gonna straiten them evry day so i juz need to know wut type will look better , dont say it will be hard to have bangs with curli hair like my sis plz!!!
