One more thing is, I&#8217;m really scared to diet or exercise because I want to lose weight but I don&#8217;t want my ***** to get smaller. That would **** me off. Plus, I think I have binge eating disorder.</p>
<p>My current diet is nothing but fast food and junk food. Which obviously needs to stop. My goal is to go from 118.2 pounds down to 110 or less. 110 is fine with me. I&#8217;m 5&#8217;2 tall. I want to make my waist smaller. Right now it is at 23, but I have fat on my lower belly that needs to go. I also want to get rid of my love handles. Those are the two biggest things I want to fix. Other things that I&#8217;m not as concerned about are my arms, and my legs. I have fat there that I don&#8217;t really like but, if I can&#8217;t lose it whatever. I don&#8217;t want to end up looking manly, either. I have no muscles and I like it that way. </p>
<p>What I was going to do is, obviously cut out the junk food. Do a 5-minute yoga routine in the morning and at night before I go to bed. Also before I go to bed, I was going to do a few workouts I found in magazines that seem to target the areas I want to fix. And I am doing them before bed because all the calories I consume during the day can be burnt off after I&#8217;m done eating, which makes sense to me. Am I on the right track or should I be doing something completely different?<br/><br/></div>
