How to transer your music onto your iPhone without using iTunes?

Kam asked: I used to have a Sansa MP3 and would use it with Limewire, and would just go into my documets and transfer each music icon over to teh Sansa file. Can I/how would I do what with music stored on my computer from Limewire, onto my iPhone?
