My girl friend’s dad is an incredibly stung-out person (He once grounded her for saying she needed a hug on facebook after he had yelled at her), and he doesn’t want her dating until she’s 16. I’m okay with this, primarily because we live in different states and couldn’t date even if he let us. The problem is, he wants to cut off contact between us because of something stupid we did on facebook (we set our relationship statuses to engaged as a joke to see how people would react). I just don’t want to lose her. I know we can’t see eachother (even literally), but that doesn’t mean I want to be with her any less.

How can I convey to him that I only want to make her happy and feel good about herself? It’s not like I’m going to get her pregnant (again, several states away from eachother), and I’m not some pedo (I JUST turned 17 today).
I’m planning on calling him, btw

Because even if you don’t need the darker skin color in the cold climate, it doesn’t necessarily make it worse for you ether. I don’t understand why someone with a lighter skin tone would have done better than someone with a darker skin tone in terms of survival, and therefor had more offspring. Is it by sexual selection or by chance selection, or what do you think?
